A meticulous point-to –point procedure is the core of the quality control system .Frm IQCto PQC andQA a.group of 20 experienced people ensures our quality control process. The detailed records prepared by them marked each specific job process, in order to analyze and test each product guarantee it’s quality, strict and detailed quality requirements on incoming material and components and on outgoing finished unit re also carried out .To perfect every unit produced by us,we have production engineers (PE)as well as quality controllers over seeing each key production link .

 In order to reduce market complaint risk and decrease the production cost, to ensure the products’ quality be stable and controllable.We have established Quality Assurance Dept. in 2004, participating in products’ development, production process, pre-delivery inspection and CRM, which has upgraded to a new step of the products’ quality.
We have built up a stable quality system and a consistent quality objective to improve the products to reach or surpass the customer’s requirement. In 2002, we have got the ISO9001:2000 certificate by both CQC and TUV; simultaneously, we have introduced 6 Sigma into our company this year to pursue Quality 0 defect.

Test data can be acknowledged by UL and GS, so as to shorten the certification time.
